The Institute is very keen on engaging the youth in sporting activities to ensure that they spend time on physical fitness for mental and physical well being . The Institute regularly conducts a wide range of sporting activities including football, basketball, athletics and other indoor games to help students nurture and explore their talents.

The Institute also has a six-acre piece of land located 500 meters away from the compound which is used for football and athletics.

The institute has an affiliation with an English Premier League Aston Villa which shared uniforms for children and adults and these have been distributed to the colleges, schools and selected football clubs within Kericho, Bomet and Nakuru Counties.
